Hey Y'all!

My name is Adam Williams, inventor and owner of the ReliaVial. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 8 years old, luckily my father - who was diagnosed at 15 years old, was there to help guide on that path. I grew up without insurance so insulin was hard to come by, and when a vial fell from the countertop it often broke and was very difficult to replace. When I got into 3D modeling and subsequently 3D printing this was one of the first practical designs I made. I am constantly implementing and altering the design to fit my everyday needs, and I hope to share that with you and your family to make day-to-day Diabetic life just a bit less stressful.

What material is this?

This material is TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane). It is a 3D printing material that has a perfect balance of rigidity and elasticity (see the Technical Comparison on the Research page for more details). It is completely skin-safe, comes in a wide range of colors, and will last for years even with daily use.

Why 3D printing instead of traditional manufacturing?

ReliaVial is constantly adapting to fit the needs (and wants) of our customers, 3D printing allows us to make design changes and feature upgrades within a few days. Traditional manufacturing is something that we will consider if demand calls for it, but any changes could take months to implement, so in our current state 3D printing is ideal!

What if I don't see my brand/size of vial?

This is another big reason why we utilize 3D printing over traditional manufacturing, if you have a vial that is not listed please Contact Us and we will discuss the potential of permanently adding it to our collection!

I placed my order, when will I get my stuff?

If everything that you ordered is in stock we will ship it out in 1-2 business days. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for your item(s) to arrive. As of right now we don't currently offer expedited shipping, but we are looking to introduce that in the near future!

Do you offer bulk order or vendor discounts?

Yes! Although it will depend on various factors, if you are interested in bulk orders please Contact Us. Additionally we do NOT currently sell via 3rd party Vendors at this time, however if this is something you may be interested in please also Contact Us directly.

Why isn't my ReliaVial perfectly smooth?

Simply put, no two ReliaVial prints are exactly the same, and yours is unique! Because each part is individually 3D printed, small surface imperfections or color variation may occur, however ALL of our products are QA'ed before shipment to ensure functionality
